At it’s core, it’s all about:

  • Understanding

    Understanding how our brains work and how they are naturally “wired” to focus on the negative as a way to protect ourselves.

    Often this part will also include tapping intor your unconscious mind (via hypnosis) for closure, or deeper understanding or forgiveness.

  • Learning

    Learning how to re-wire in what we want instead. I will teach you techniques used by top CEOs, Olympic Athletes, all the pros, for becoming intentional with your thoughts and beliefs.

    This way your mind can begin to support you rather than you feeling controlled by your mind.

  • Practicing

    Practicing those desired feelings and beliefs until they become our new “default setting”. Together we will work on creating this new normal for you - a normal where you feel good, and strong and empowered. A normal where you are in control of your thoughts and feelings.

The Month Long 1:1 Stress Management & Anti-Anxiety Program Includes:


  • 3- 75 min 1:1 sessions with me on Zoom. We’ll be focusing on teaching you how your brain works, and techniques to finally get intentional about how you want to think, feel, be so that you can create the change you’re looking for. The sessions will be a mix of conversational change work, possibly a little hypnosis when it would be helpful and good old fashioned coaching. 

  • Post Session “Homework” - I’ll follow up each session with action items, aka “homework” to help you fully implement the work and changes and keep things moving between sessions. Often we will come up with your homework together during our calls. 

  • Tailored Resources - I will provide recommended resources to supplement our work and expedite your progress. Things like podcasts, books, articles, etc. Recommended resources are all provided in a way to avoid overwhelm but also continue to grow and work through this work in ways that make most sense to you and your particular situation.  

  • Hypnotic Sleep Protocol - Because I know how much stress, anxiety & overwhelm go hand in hand with challenges sleeping, I’m including my Hypnotic Sleep Program so you can finally get the rest you need and deserve.
